Do you know how to choose the right pumpkin? Look for a pumpkin with a deep orange color. The stem should be 2.5 to 5 cm long. It should make a hollow sound when tapped. Avoid pumpkins with soft parts. A non-bruise is simply beautiful.

Take a look at our offer of fresh pumpkins! Do you already know what recipe you could try with them?
Tip1: How the autumn tastes? Like pumpkin Pie! We cut the pumpkin and bake it with a skin. Mix it baked with cinnamon (1 tbsp), nutmeg (1/2 tsp) and gingerbread pepper (1/2 tsp).
Beat 3 eggs with sugar (180 g), add 100 ml of whipped cream, pumpkin puree and flour (200 g). Stir into a smooth mass. Pour the dough into a baking tin and bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Then reduce the oven temperature to 175 °C and bake for another 45 min. Roughly chop the nuts (150 g) and pour into the pan, after a while add honey (3 tbsp) and mix so that they do not burn. When the nuts start to gently caramelize, turn them into a finished cake. Serve with hard-whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon.
