- Citrónová kôra sa vyrába z vyzretých citrónov, ktoré sa sušia a drvia. Na rozdiel od citrónov dostupných na trhu sa získava výhradne spracovaním kôry z plodov pestovaných bez chemického ošetrenia. Má charakteristickú osviežujúcu arómu a citrusovú chuť. Používa sa predovšetkým do sladkých pokrmov, ovocných múčnikov, toriet a nákypov. Výborná je tiež na ryby, do nátierok, omáčok a marinád na mäso.
