- Táto svetloružová Provensálska ruža pochádza zo špeciálne vybraných viníc poblíž slnečného pobrežia Stredozemného mora. Je elegantná a osviežujúca s príchuťou čerstvých červených ríbezlí a plodov jahôd. Perfektné k morským plodom a predjedlám.
- Na vstupe prechádza ovocie výberovým procesom, aby bolo zaistené, že budú použité len tie najlepšie bobule. Potom sa odstránia stopky a výsledný mušt (kombinácia šťavy a šupiek) sa nechá macerovať pri veľmi nízkej teplote počas až 20 hodín, aby víno získalo farbu a arómu. Po jemnom lisovaní je šťava fermentovaná pri nízkej teplote, aby sa zachytila charakteristická sviežosť tohto štýlu ružového vína.

Vinification Details
- On reception, the fruit goes through a selection process to ensure only the best bunches are used. They are then de-stemmed and the resulting must (a combination of the juice and skins) is left to macerate at a very low temperature for up to 20 hours to extract colour and flavour. After gentle pressing, the juice is fermented at a low temperature to capture to hallmark freshness of this style of rosé
