Preparation and Usage
- Návod na prípravu
- Potrebujete: 100 ml vody, 1 vajce, 100 g rozpusteného masla vychladnutého na izbovú teplotu. Príprava: Obsah vrecúška vymiešajte s vajcom, 100 g masla a 100 ml vody a šľahajte elektrickým šľahačom 3-4 minúty, až kým nevznikne hladké cesto. Cesto rozotrite na menší plech (asi 20 x 30 cm) vystlaný papierom na pečenie a pečte pri teplote 160 °C približne 12 minút. Špajdľou skontrolujte, či sú brownies dobre upečené.
