Preparation and Usage
- Návod na použitie: Vytiahnite približne 45 cm nite a odtrhnite ju rezadlom. Konce nite oviňte okolo prostredníkov na oboch rukách, pričom medzi nimi nechajte približne 10 cm nite, a potom napnite pomocou palca a ukazováka. Niť jemne zavádzajte medzi zuby opatrným „píliacim“ pohybom, kým nedosiahne ďasno. Niť opakovane posúvajte hore a dole proti jednej plôške zubu a potom proti druhej. Tento postup zopakujte na každom zube, pričom dbajte, aby ste vždy použili čistú časť nite.
