How does the Click+Collect work?

It's easy to click and collect your groceries. Simply book a collection slot online for your chosen time and location, and your groceries will be waiting for you. Until you arrive, your shopping will be stored in a temperature-controlled area to keep it fresh. Once you've collected it, we'll ask you to sign a delivery note, and we'll give you a printed receipt.

Is Tesco Click+Collect free?

Click+Collect service is free.

Can I click and collect my purchase on the same day?

The pick-up service on the day of the order is available in almost all Click+Collect points in Slovakia. Order before 9 AM, and you can pick your purchase up from 1 PM to 10 PM. Order before 1 PM, and you can pick it up from 6 PM to 10 PM on the same day.

How can I cancel my order?

The e-mail confirmation of the order contains a phone number that can be used to cancel the order or to find out any additional information about your order.
