Preparation and Usage

Určené na tepelnú úpravu.

Skladujte pri teplote od +1°C až +4°C. Po otvorení ihneď spotrebujte.

Návod na prípravu

Instructions: Recept na prípravu: Mäso vyberte z chladničky alebo nákupnej tašky a nechajte ho odležať, aby dosiahlo izbovú teplotu. Najprv mäso nakrájajte na cca 4 cm široké plátky a potrite olejom. Potom mäso osoľte a okoreňte podľa vašej chuti. Panvicu alebo gril predhrejte na vyššiu teplotu a položte na ne steak. Opekajte z každej strany podľa požiadavky na stupeň pečenia: 4-5 min. Rare - vnútorná teplota: 52 - 55°C; 6-7 min. Medium Rare - vnútorná teplota: 55 - 60°C; 8-9 min. Medium - vnútorná teplota: 60-65°C; cca 12 min. Well Done - vnútorná teplota: 70-100°C. Hotový steak nechajte cca 10 min. odležať. Pre udržanie teploty môžete použiť' alobal. Pre dosiahnutie optimálneho stupňa prepečenia steaku použite digitálny teplomer určený na pečenie mäsa.
